Black & White

The redesign of Black & White Management website focused on improving the overall user experience while preserving the existing content and identity of the platform.

The project began with a critical analysis of the previous structure, which made navigation and content discovery—particularly the search and browsing of actors—less intuitive. The intervention therefore centered on reorganizing the information architecture, simplifying navigation flows, and prioritizing the most relevant user actions. As a talent agency platform, the website hosts a large number of profiles across multiple categories (actors, directors, and other industry professionals), making clarity and accessibility essential. 

A key area of improvement was the actor search experience. The filtering and browsing logic was redesigned to allow users to find talents more quickly and efficiently, reducing friction and cognitive load. Special attention was given to how users scan and compare profiles, ensuring that results are both visually clear and functionally effective.

The actor detail page was completely rethought to enhance readability and usability. Information is now presented in a more structured and accessible way, allowing casting professionals and visitors to quickly understand key details without unnecessary complexity. The layout supports a more natural content hierarchy, improving both comprehension and engagement.

Overall, the redesign delivers a more intuitive, user-centered experience, aligning the platform with contemporary UX standards while respecting its original content and purpose.
